Families Sign-up Information
The process of becoming an Olive Tree Promise (OTP) family is fairly simple but we wanted to show you each step
so you can understand exactly how it works.
IT'S FREE!! Our vendors serve our adoptive families by giving 30%-50% of the proceeds of the sales to the family for their adoption.
Our vendors even ship the items so the only thing the families have to do is market their site to their family and friends!
- Fill out the sign-up form. We ask that you are a traditional family. If you are a single person adopting,
please contact us to discuss the process of becoming an OTP family.
We also ask that you have been approved by an agency for an adoption.
- Print out the W9 form and either fax or scan/email it. This form is needed because the proceeds are
given directly to the family. The family will receive an end-year statement if
proceeds are over an IRS-determined amount.
- Once the W9 form is received, we will review the information and approve the family if all the information looks good.
- The family is then sent their login information so they can upload a picture and their site is LIVE! From the admin section,
families can also edit their profile information, view orders placed on their site, transfer money to their Paypal account, and download a 'blog badge' for Olive Tree Promise.
